This lasagna has an heart of stretchy mozzarella cheese and tomato interspersed with layers of fresh pasta and smooth cream sauce. The cherry tomatoes on top give just the perfect final touch!
Cooking Guidelines
Microwave: 5 minutes
Remove sleeve and place on a microwavable plate: heat for 5 minutes on high (750w or 900w)
Conventional Oven: 20 minutes
Remove sleeve and place onto a baking tray on the middle shelf. Cook in conventional oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
Tomato sauce 40%: tomato 55%, water, onion, sunflower seed oil, maize starch, salt, sugar, garlic, natural flavouring, oregano, basil, acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate.
Filling 37%: ricotta (whey, cream, salt), cream, mozzarella cheese 28%, cream, fresh pasteurized whole MILK, Emmental cheese, skimmed MILK powder, natural flavourings (MILK), salt, vegetable fibers, cornstarch, yeast extract.
Fresh egg pasta 14%: durum wheat semolina, egg 20%.
Garnish 9%: tomatoes.
