1pack Tortellini Cured Ham and Cheese Giovanni Rana
2zucchini cut into rings
1garlic clove
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
In a large skillet heat the extra virgin olive oil and crushed garlic clove over medium high heat, add zucchini and sauté until they turn golden brown.
In the meantime cook the Tortellini according to package instructions and drain, reserving a little of the pasta cooking water. Add Tortellini to the pan and mix them with zucchini and toss one minute over high heat adding pasta water a little at a time.
